To convert a foreign driving licence to a Singapore driving licence, applicants must first complete the Foreign Licence Pre-assessment. Eligible applicants will receive a link to book an appointment. Only after securing an appointment should applicants present themselves at https://go.gov.sg/tp-hq-address (10 Ubi Avenue 3, Singapore 408865).

✅ Key Eligibility Criteria (not limited to the ones below):
- Pass the Basic Theory Test (BTT) in Singapore
- Hold a valid foreign driving licence that has not expired, been suspended, or cancelled
- For Singapore Citizens applying with a foreign driving licence: You must provide documents proving a minimum 6-month stay within a 12-month period in the country where the foreign licence was issued
- Be at least 18 years old to convert your licence for Class 3/3A and Class 2B

💰 Cost and Payment Methods Available:
$50 is payable for licence conversion application. Accepted payment methods at the Traffic Police Headquarters service counters include NETS, debit card, credit card, and SGQR.
